Terms of service

Last updated: 11 June 2026

1. The service

Offshority is an introduction service: organizations list ready-made (shelf) companies and buyers request introductions to sellers. Offshority is not a party to any resulting transaction, holds no funds, and transfers no companies.

2. No legal advice

Nothing on this platform is legal, tax, or investment advice. Offer contents — company history, liabilities, licenses, bank accounts — are seller attestations that Offshority does not independently verify. Complete your own due diligence and KYC/AML checks before any purchase.

3. Accounts and conduct

Provide accurate registration data and keep your credentials secure. Sellers attest to the accuracy of their offers. Prohibited: use by or on behalf of sanctioned persons or entities, listings intended to evade sanctions or launder funds, submitting end-client personal data, scraping, or interfering with the service.

4. Purchase requests

A purchase request shares your contact details with the seller and creates no reservation and no obligation on either side. Negotiation, payment, and transfer happen off-platform at your own risk.

5. Liability and changes

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Offshority is not liable for the conduct of buyers or sellers or the outcome of any transaction. We may suspend accounts or remove listings that breach these terms, and may update these terms with notice on this page.
