Offshority operates a B2B introduction service for ready-made companies, accessed through AI assistants over the Model Context Protocol (MCP).
What we store
Account data (your name, work email, password hash, organization details), offers published by seller organizations, and lead records — including the buyer contact details (email, optional phone or Telegram handle) you ask us to pass to a seller when requesting an introduction. We also keep security and audit logs (actions, timestamps, IP addresses) and an email delivery queue.
What we never store
No end-client or beneficial-owner personal data — the platform is not a KYC channel and AI agents are instructed never to submit such data. No payment data: transactions happen off-platform.
Sharing
When you create a purchase request, your contact details are shared with the seller organization of that offer — that is the product. We do not sell data, and we share it with no one else except infrastructure providers (hosting, email delivery) processing it on our behalf.
Cookies
A single session cookie (offshority_session) used for login and OAuth consent.
No analytics or tracking cookies.
Your rights
Email support@offshority.example to access, export, or delete your data (GDPR); we respond within 30 days. Audit records are retained for up to 2 years.
